John, policajac u provincijskom mjestu SAD, napušta posao i odlazi u L.A. koji je mnogo otvoreniji za gay poplaciju. Za prvo vrijeme odlazi kod rođaka koji živi sa svojim partnerom.

Film pokazuje " New Age " style, urbane gay populacije, Gay barove, Droga, sex na neviđeno, ..

Upadajuc'i u začarani krug zabava sa gomilu sexa, droge, porno industije John traži nacčin da se izvucče iz beznaa!

Film vrvi od golotinje, scena iz diskoteka, zgodnih muških tijela….








Maybe as a heterosexual female, the allure of the gay male dance/drug/sex circuit is something I simply cannot fathom. But having grown up, and knowing, my fair share of homosexuals, I doubt Circuit would be that much more appealing to gay men than a brief glimpse of eye candy.

Coupling disgracefully written dialogue with flailing bodily movements that substitute for acting, Circuit is the awkwardly paced soap opera-ish story of John (Jonathan Wade Drahos), the new kid in Hollywood, learning about having fun as a gay man. He was a cop in his home state of Illinois until his boss mentions that nobody wants to work with him due to his lifestyle, has he thought about living elsewhere? Having grown up there, you’d think he’d be smart enough to move to a more comfortable environment anyway without a condescending conversation to provoke him.

So John is introduced to the seductively free environment of hookups and instant gratification through his cousin Tad (Daniel Kukan), a filmmaker who is documenting "the scene." Along the way he befriends the gruff hustler Hector (Andre Khabazzi) who is obsessed with his facial implants as he inches towards 30, and won’t have sex without pay. Watching Hector being groped at a dance club one evening, John suddenly decides to experience the rush of narcotics everyone is raving about.

Granted, it’s necessary for plot purposes that John succumb to peer pressure and work through his cleansing downward spiral, but his decisions are so sudden after being “the well-adjusted guy” that it makes the rest of his journey impossible to swallow. One minute he tries a drug, and the next those who have known him for a while are talking about what a waste he’s becoming.

Then there are the haphazard side plots that are thrown in, probably an attempt to display different commentary on the party lifestyle. The main problem of these lengthy, extraneous scenes is that there is no established motivation on the part of any of the characters involved to keep you interested as to where they might go next. The prime example is the absolute lack of a logical reason for Tad to break his seven-year, live-in relationship with the kind, thoughtful Gill (Brian Lane Green) for an affair with a DJ that never speaks. He’s a sniveling brat as he begs to allow him and his new boyfriend to stay in the same house, claiming artistic need.

The divergent paths don’t even bother to comment on John’s slowly deteriorating behavior, or their possible negative consequences, until the very end. By the time Circuit explores the necessity of respecting oneself, you’re too bored to appreciate its moral obligations.

The singular ray of interesting light that shines through is a brief cameo by Jim J. Bullock, dressed in drag, expressing quiet gratitude for John’s previous show of sympathy. If only half the other scenes were written with this simplicity.

While it’s unfortunate that filmmakers are shy to photograph men being intimate, Circuit loses its daring appeal through using characters and situations that just aren’t entertaining enough to sit through. And though it does acknowledge some individual intelligence in the long run, the wait through each person ignoring common sense is excruciating.

Jeste li čuli za Joe Ortona? Da budem iskren do ovog filma nisam ni ja! Pisac, novelist, homoseksualac koji je svoga 25-togodišnjeg partnera Kenneth Halliwella upoznao sa 17 godina. Kako li su se samo našli, Joe nestabilan, seksualno nezasit, sklon avanturama i eksperimentisanju, a Kenneth nesiguran u sebe i povučen. Film nas vodi kroz život ova dva pedera 60-tih godina u Londonu, kada je jebanje medju muškarcima bilo zakonom zabranjemo i kažnjivo. Frustrijajuće su scene gay podzemlja u kojima se pederi ko štakori sakupljaju u nekakvim podrumskim WC-ima, pa gase i ono malo sijalica kako bi jedan drugoga trpali u mraku! Koja razlika u odnosu na današnje doba.
Kada su se upoznali, Kenneth je kao stariji bio svjesniji sebe i svoje homoseksualnosti, a Joe je bio kao izgubljeno derište koje bi sve da proba, bar dok se ne opeče. A opekao se kada je prvi put završio u krevet sa svojim drugarom koji mu je očito uzeo nevinost. Mada se u filmu baš i ne vidi koju ulogu u seksu voli da igra! Kenneth je želio da bude glumac, pisac, novelista, ali onako nesiguran u sebe ni u čemu nije uspjevao. Kada se Joe Orton počeo da piše i pored svih teškoća u koje je upadao, bio je uspješniji i snalažljiviji. Kako je imao sve više uspjeha kao pisac, a i u kontaktima sa menadžerima i izdavačima, na neki način je njegov partner ostajao po strani. Predstavljajuči se kao asistent ili skoro pa batler u zajedničkom stanu po čijim zidovima je lijepio slike tada poznatih glumica.
Vrhunac svega je kada je Joe otišao na banket organizovan u njegovu čast sa svojim agentom, a Kennetha ostavio kući.
Njihov odnos je inače dublje prirode i nije vezan isključivo za sek. Joe je svoje seksualne potrebe zadovoljavao po toaletima i po smrdljivim mjestima, tako da zadnjih godina i nije imao potrebu za seksom sa već oćelavljenim Kennethom.
Očito je da je njihov međusobni odnos bio drugačije prirode i emocionalno teško razjašnjiv. Kada bi se sada time bavio u ovom tekstu bih morao napisati cjelu psihološku studiju o odnosu između njih.
Kennethova potčinjenost Ortonu i potpuni gubitak samopouzdanja na kraju prelazi u bolesnu posesivnost koja i dovela da zauvijek i ostanu zajedno.
U nastupu ludila kada ga je Joe pitao šta misli o tome da raskinu, Kenneth mu je na svirep način presudio, a zatim se i sam ubio.
Film ne spada u kategoriju lakih priča, te ga nemojte ni početi gledati ako zaista niste raspoloženi za ovu vrstu ekranizovanih biografija.
Uzgred povremeno film izgleda kao neka ekranizovana brodvejska priča iako to nije!

For all of their years together, Joe Orton and Kenneth Halliwell lived in a cramped room in the north of London, up near the Angel tube stop where everything seems closer to hell. Even after Orton became famous, even after his plays were hits and he was winning awards and his picture was in the papers, he came home to the tiny hovel where Halliwell was waiting. One night he came home and Halliwell hammered him to death and killed himself.

"Prick Up Your Ears" is the story of Orton and Halliwell and the murder. They say that most murderers are known to their victims. They don't say that if you knew the victims as well as the murderer did, you might understand more about the murder, but doubtless that is sometimes the case. This movie opens with a brutal, senseless crime. By the time the movie is over, the crime is still brutal, but it is possible to comprehend.

When they met, Orton was 17, Halliwell was 25 and they both wanted to be novelists. They were homosexuals, but sex never seemed to be at the heart of their relationship. They lived together, but Orton prowled the night streets for rough trade and Halliwell scolded him for taking too many chances. Orton was, by all accounts, a charming young man - liked by everybody, impish, rebellious, with a taste for danger. Halliwell, eight years older, was a stolid, lonely man who saw himself as Orton's teacher.

He taught him everything he could. Then Orton used what he'd learned to write plays that drew heavily on their life together. His big hits were "Loot" and "What the Butler Saw," and both are still frequently performed. But when Orton won the Evening Standard's award for the play of the year - an honor like the Pulitzer Prize - he didn't take Kenneth to the banquet, he took his agent.

Halliwell began to feel that he was receiving no recognition for what he saw as the sacrifice of his life. He dabbled in art and constructed collages out of thousands of pictures clipped from books and magazines. But his shows were in the lobbies of the theaters presenting Joe's plays, and people were patronizing to him. That began to drive him mad.

"Prick Up Your Ears" is based on the biography that John Lahr wrote about Orton, a biography that has become famous for discovering a private life so different from the image seen by the public.

Homosexuality was a crime in the 1960s in England, but Orton was heedless of the dangers. In fact, he seemed to enjoy danger. Perhaps that was why he kept Halliwell around, because he sensed the older man might explode. More likely, though, he kept him out of loyalty and indifference and didn't fully realize how much he was hurting him. One of the early scenes in the film shows Halliwell skulking at home, angry because Orton is late for dinner.

The movie is good at scenes like that. It has a touch for the wound beneath the skin, the hurt that we can feel better than the person who is inflicting it. The movie is told as sort of a flashback, with the Lahr character interviewing Orton's literary agent and then the movie spinning off into memories of its own.

The movie is not about homosexuality, which it treats in a matter-of-fact manner. It is really about a marriage between unequal partners. Halliwell was, in a way, like the loyal wife who slaves at ill-paid jobs to put her husband through medical school, only to have the man divorce her after he's successful because they have so little in common - he with his degree, her with dishwater hands.

The movie was written by Alan Bennett, a successful British playwright who understands Orton's craft. He bases one of his characters on Lahr (played by Wallace Shawn), apparently as an excuse to give Orton's literary agent (Vanessa Redgrave) someone to talk to. The device is awkward, but it allows Redgrave into the movie, and her performance is superb: aloof, cynical, wise, unforgiving.

The great performances in the movie are, of course, at its center. Gary Oldman plays Orton and Alfred Molina plays Halliwell, and these are two of the best performances of the year. Oldman you may remember as Sid Vicious, the punk rock star in "Sid & Nancy." There is no point of simularity between the two performances; like a few gifted actors, he is able to re-invent himself for every role. On the basis of these two movies, he is the best young British actor around. Molina has a more thankless role as he stands in the background, overlooked and misunderstood. But even as he whines we can understand his feelings, and by the end we are not very surprised by what he does.

The movie was directed by Stephen Frears, whose most recent movie, "My Beautiful Laundrette," also was about a homosexual relationship between two very different men: a Pakistani laundry operator and his working-class, neofascist boyfriend. Frears makes homosexuality an everyday thing in his movies, which are not about his characters' sexual orientation but about how their underlying personalities are projected onto their sexuality and all the other areas of their lives.

In the case of Orton and Halliwell, there is the sense that their deaths had been waiting for them right from the beginning. Their relationship was never healthy and never equal, and Halliwell, who was willing to sacrifice so much, would not sacrifice one thing: recognition for his sacrifice. If only Orton had taken him to that dinner, there might have been so many more opening nights.

Već dugo vremena nisam pogledao ni jedan film. Naprosto nisam osjećao potrebu za to. Ponekad mi sopstvene navike dosade pa radim sve samo ne ono u čemu inače svakodnevno uživam. Izradio sam dva sajta na šta sam utošio dosta vremena. Neke posebne koristi ne vidim od toga, al šta god da radiš nešto i naučiš!



Danas sam pogledao ovaj film i dva sata su mi protekla kao jedan minut. Iako film ima jednostavnu priču naproto te natjera da razmisliš o nekim stvarima koje prolaze oko tebe, a jedva ih primjećiješ.
Šta je to u našim glavama što nas tjera da uradimo nešto na šta definitivno nismo ponosni?
Gledajući ovaj film podsjetio sam se na jedan događaj od prije nekoliko godina. Nakon teške i konačne svađe sa mojim bivšim otišao sam u Beograd u posjetu jednom drugu. Jedan dan dok je on bio na posao otišao sam da se prošetam uz Dunav na ušću. Znao sam da tamo ima pedera koji šetaju po onim parkovima tražeći neki kurac na koji će zaboraviti ćim ga upotrijebe. Htio ili ne htio priznati

i j a sam im se pridružio. Kao otišao da šetam baš sasvim slučajno tamo. Nije nego!
Moja radoznalost me natjerala da zavučem nos u baš svaki žbun. Iznenadio sam se koliko izbezumljenih faca se krije po tim dračama, krijući se od svjetla, širom otvorenih očiju nebi li vi?đeli neki zanimljiv kurac ili dobro dupe. Pravi lovci nema šta.









Taman sam zadovoljio svoju znatiželju i krenem da popijem neko piće u nekoj kafani kada vidim prema meni tri momka idu! POmislio sam neki slučajni prolaznici i nastavim. Kada sam prošao pored njih imao sam čudan osjećaj da svi gledaju u mene kao da sam u zoo vrtu! Prošao sam praveći se da ih ne primjećujem, a kada sam se malo udaljio okrenem se i vidim svi stoje pored jednog žbunja i gledaju prema mene.
Nakon pić odlučim da se vratim istim putem , pa onda natrag u stan.
Stanem pored jednog drveta i zapalim cigaretu kada neznam ni sam od kuda, jedan od ona tri momka dodje kod mene. Gleda me i ništa ne govori. Prostrijelim ga pogledom i ćutim. Pita on mene: Jesi li ti peder? Ja reko :"a što to tebe zanima?" Kaže on ma samo pitam onako , odje ih ima mnogo. Pitam ga jel to tražih nekog pedera da se pojebeš sa njim. Kaže on tako nekako. Lijepo!
Poče da se kao nešto trlja po kurcu i da izaziva , a ja ga gledam kao da je na TV. Pa kada mi je dosadilo kažem "ajde mi pokaži kurac?"
Pokaže ga on i pita je li dobar? Dobar sam i ja pa me to niko ne pita!



Odemo u žbunj i taman počnem da mu pušim, kada ona druga dvojica - ispadoše tu! Izvadiše kite i ponudiše mi se ko na švedski sto. Puna usta posla. Izjebali su me na redaljku pri čemu su jedan drugog bodrili: Samo tako, jače mu ga nabijaj, neka vidi peder šta znači jebanje itd...
Nakon sat vremena oni otišli, a ja sjedoh i mislim što li mi je ovo trebalo!?
Ne znam ni dan danas , ali od tada ni jednom nisam otišao tamo! Ne kajem se , niti razmišljam o tome.



Antonijev ( Antonin) najbolji drug u kojeg je zaljubljen umire od prekomjernog uzimanja droge. Onako izgubljen u vremenu i prostoru mora da iseli iz stana jer mu roditelji sele u drugi grad!
Nakon toga luta podzemljem Pariza baveći se prostitucijom. Film je prepun seksualnih eksplicitnih scena u kojem Aleks radi ono što sam ja uradio u onom žbunju. Scena u kojem ga jebu tri pedera na nekom mračnom mjestu gdje se sakupljaju pederi i narkomani je prikazana vrlo vjerno. Nakon seksa je ostao tu dje jeste, a da li se osjećao kao ja, ne znam.

Luta po gradu i svakog s a kim se pojebe ( za novac) pita za smještaj. Najzad ga primi Baptiste, zgodan peder koji ima ne ku videoteku ili nešto takvo!
Antonin naravno nastavlja da se prostituše pri čemu su scene sa nekim matorcem i sa jednim pederom koji voli da ga tuku prava perverzija!
Dok je lutao čini mi se blizu onog mjesta dje su ga izjebala ona trojica sretne prijateljicu Juliete sa kojom ubrzo ulazi u strastvenu vezu.
Rekoh ima nešto u nama što nam nameće uvjek iste greške ! I Juliet je narkoman koja jednog dana nestaje bez traga.....



Klasična pedersko-narkomanska priča umotana u zbrku proisteklu iz mozga nesredjenog biseksualca!

In this savagely poignant drama, replete with brute emotion and raw lust, a young bisexual man takes many wrong turns down blind alleys in his search for affection and understanding in this drama from France. Angel-eyed Antonin (Hubert Benhamdine) is a young man who is desperate for love and thinks he's found it with Alex (Franck Victor), a handsome and talented musician. However, Alex is also a heroin addict, and when he succumbs to an overdose, Antonin is crushed and begins drowning his sorrows in anonymous and often degrading sex.

Antonin becomes a prostitute and frequently finds himself infatuated with his clients, but most treat him with contempt except for Baptiste (Hicham Nazzal), who shows some compassion for the troubled young man. Antonin continues spiraling downward until he meets Juliette. Though Antonin loves her and she claims to love him, there is a seedy part of her past and present which isn´t out in the open, something that will rock Antonin to his core.

Na žalost, kao i mnogo puta do sada sa neta sam skinuo toliko smeća pa se toliko iznerviram da naprosto ugasim računar, sa namjerom da ga ne upalim bar nekoliko dana. Sudeći po dobrim trajlerima i fotografijama često pomislim kako se radi o dobrom filmu, ali ispadne da je to jedino dobro od njega.
Od nekoliko filmova sa gay tematikom koje sam skinuo zaključio sam da ni jedan ne zaslužuje da se nađe na ovom blogu, čak ni pod rubrikom "loš Film"

Zato vam predstavljam još jedan dokumentarac koji i nije nešto posebno dobro napravljen, ali ima zanimljivu tematiku, Sex life in L.a.
Kroz priču 9 momaka, koji rade u sex industriji L.A. ovaj dokumentarac nam pokušava približiti život koji se odvija oko porno industrije, eskorta, i svega onoga što se odvija iz scene.
Porno glumci, fotografi, eskort momci, modeli itd, koji sanjaju o nekakvom uspjehu, slavi i bogastvu nam pričaju o svom životu , poslu , razmišljanjima...
Jochen Hick se nije libio da nam kao dijelove priča ovih momaka prikaže i najeksplicitnije scene, tako da je ovaj film sa pravom dobio oznaku koju dobija bilo koji pornić.

Ovo baš i nije gay film iako ima dovoljno elemenata da se nadje u filmskoj kolekciji mnogih pedera.

Mladi inspector Luhel dolazi na obali Bretanje da istraži smrt mladog adoscelanta. Policija vjeruje da se radi o nesretnom sluc(aju ali majka nesretnog mladic'a vjeruje da ga je ubio njen bivši muž Srege Tunguya.

Inspektor Luhel nalazi Tunguya golog u mračnoj prostoriji. Prizor u kojem je contrast dve osobe izuzetan, Luhel, mlad , suv, hladan I Tunguy prikazan u mračnoj perspektivi, bez želje za životom, anksiozan I samo destruktivan.

Tokom filma inspector Luhel postaje opsjednut Tunguyem. Mnoge scene nagog inspektora I prikazi enormnog penisa nesretnog Tangaya daju filmu posebnu dimenziju. He mnogi pederi sanjaju o takvim penisima, valjda kao simbol najmilije kazne za to što su takvi kakvi jesu!

Sve u svemu film se može kategorisati kao policijski triler, a ne kao gay film!

Review

Pierre Erwan Guillaume made his directorial debut with this, one of the most original and intriguing French films of 2004. Starting out as what looks like a thriller cut from the conventional policier mould, the film gradually morphs into something very different - a hauntingly poetic portrayal of a young man’s search for his own identity, disguised as a police investigation on the suitably austere coast of Brittany.

In contrast to the usual crime drama, where there is a well-honed plot which ends with the mystery tidily explained, this film has very little plot and no clear resolution. A great deal is left to our imagination, which is both frustrating and strangely liberating. Pierre Erwan Guillaume leaves us with a bleak existentialist mystery which he invites us to dissect and analyse at our leisure. If probably helps if you've read a bit of Sartre and Camus beforehand.

The director’s inexperience does show in a number of places - most notably in the uneven pacing and abundance of slightly caricatured secondary characters. However, these imperfections do not greatly diminish the film's impact and, if anything, they add to its rough-and-ready charm. Had the film been more polished, it would probably had far less of an impact.

One thing that cannot be faulted is the contribution from the lead actors - Jalil Lespert and Aurélien Recoing, two of French cinema's finest, the former playing gauche sensitivity as convincingly as the latter plays brooding self-confidence. Both actors put in an incredibly intense performance which conveys the great inner torment of a soul wracked by dark sub-conscious desires. It is the most harrowingly realistic portrayal of two men who have reached the limit of their endurance and who see nothing but darkness ahead of them. Neither character is willing to accept the truth of his identity, so both are drawn inexorably to the precipice of self-destruction.

L'Ennemi naturel is not a film that will appeal to everyone. The abstract nature of its subject, the explicit sexual imagery (carried to excess in some places) and the lack of a closed narrative make it a demanding work that is not particularly comfortable to watch. That said, it does exert a very tight vice-like hold on the spectator, and explores themes which few filmmakers are brave enough to tackle - and in such a refreshingly honest and imaginative manner.

Nedavno u Novom Sadu sam se dobro ismijao. Preko jednog telefonskog chata ja i jedan moj drug smo kontaktirali jednog momka i napomenuli mu da želimo da se "družimo" u troje. Kada se momak pojavio, iznenadio se jer je mislio da se radi o paru muško - žensko. Onako zbunjen ušao je u stan i rekao kako je došlo do greške. Ja sam se slatko nasmijao i rekao: " pa koliko vidiš ođe nema žena" Pili smo pivo i pričali o swingerskim doživljajima, a ja onako rekao da mi je fetiš da smo svi goli dok pijemo piće i pričamo. Bez oklevanja se skinuo go i nastavio da pije pivo. Obećao mi je da će prvom prilikom da dodvede neku ribu da je zajedno krešemo, al pod uslovom da ne izjebem i njega!

Ova komedija je prepuna takvih grešaka. Pogledajte je i nasmijaće te se od srca!

U zadnje vrijeme, bas i nemam vremana za pisanje bloga, a kako stvari stoje do septembra ga i neću imati mnogo. Al eto potrudicu se da ipak napišem ponešto o nekom filmu. Linkove za filmove koje nađem će te naći na sajtu. Updajtujem ga na dva servera tako da uvjek jedan radi. Naravno sve je na engleskom. Jednom ili dva puta sedmično ću ga osvežavati sa filmovima koje nađem po netu.
Ovaj film sam gledao prošle godine. pregledao sam ga na preskoke i nije mi se dopao nešto posebno. Danas sam ga pogledao ponovo i odlućio da ga ipak stavim na blog.
Film mi je nekako čudan, nema neku posebno dobru priču, a opet je vrlo dinamičan. Tako da ga je zanimljivo pogledati.
Radi se o tri brata ( Alžirci) koji nakon što ima je majka umrla sa ocem žive u nekom malo gradiću u Francuskoj. Jedan je delikvent, tek izašao iz zatvora, drugi se upetljao sa narko dilerima, a treći je naprosto simpatičan peder. Zanimljivo je da u cjelom filmu nema ni jedne ženske uloge, ako ne računamo scenu gde je prikazana njihova majka i to kao sjećanje jednog od njih.
Ono što ovaj film čini pravim pederskim je izraziti mačizam uz podosta scena golih muškaraca koji na sebi svojstven način vode rčuna kako o sopstvenom izgledu tako i o tjelu.
Tri brata sa svojim društvom izlaze i provode se po žurkama, jure labudove po jezeru, drkaju kurac gledajući porniće.
Uz sve to Marc upada u nevolje sa lokalnim narko dilerima, koji ga prebijaju i maltretiraju. Ovaj namladji se zaljubljuje u Marcovog prijatelja, te sa njim ostvaruje intimnu vezu. Naravno otišlo mu dupe na doboš u jednoj brvnari pored jezera.
Najstariji brat pokušava da se uozbilji i nadje posao u jednoj firmi za prozvodnju pršuta.

Da vam ne pričam cijelu priču, u filmu ima podosta zanimljiv scena. Npr kako Mark šiša dlake oko kurca, Jebanje jednog tranvestita, gubitak nevinosti, zajednička drkanja i slično.
Očit je uticaj Francis Ozona na čitav filmski pederski pravac u francuskoj!

I know what boys like: Arty French beefcake reverie meditates on masculinity and nudity

Like so many films that target a gay male audience, Three Dancing Slaves transpires in an abstract parallel universe where half the population has mysteriously disappeared and the other half works out a lot and often goes unclothed. The only female presence to speak of in French actor-turned-director Gael Morel's latest feature is the dead mother of the titular fraternal trio. Exactly one flesh-and-blood woman is allowed to interrupt the beefcake reverie (in a single measly scene at that), and when even the most macho of the brothers has sex, it's with a bewigged pre-op transsexual (whose biological status is of course full-frontally corroborated). Unfocused and vaguely arty, Three Dancing Slaves is a Bruce Weber shoot come to life, a tone poem on masculinity that doesn't concern its pretty little head with very much besides the photogenic ways in which men bond, bicker, brawl, and practice capoeira (the unfortunate English title derives from the martial art's slave culture origins; the movie was released in France as Le Clan).



Co-written by Morel and Christophe Honoré (who authored the similarly blank and pouty Girls Can't Swim and Ma Mére), Slaves devotes a third to each brother's dead-end provincial existence. Marc (Nicolas Cazalé), a loose-cannon skinhead, is caught up in a vicious cycle of clumsy drug deals and angry vendettas (between visits to the gym). He hangs out with a bunch of ostensibly straight guys who jerk off communally to porn (with the help of a vibrating cell phone) and is such a carnal fellow that when he steps into the shower with his beloved dog, the movie for a few alarming moments threatens to redefine heavy petting. Marc's near zoophilic attachment to the poor pooch naturally leads to its brutal demise, setting in motion a sputtering revenge subplot.

In part two, eldest brother Christophe (Stéphane Rideau, Morel's co-star in André Téchiné's Wild Reeds), newly released from jail and committed to straight-and-narrow rehabilitation, distances himself from Marc and takes an upstanding job at the local ham factory, where his rapid ascent infuriates Marc and somewhat placates their dour father. The youngest sibling, Olivier (Thomas Dumerchez), whose segment is the sweetest and shortest, grieves the loss of their Algerian-born mother and slowly settles into a sexual relationship with Marc's friend Hicham (Salim Kechiouche). Morel idealizes the erotic hunger of new lovers—sending the boys on a hang-gliding adventure and eavesdropping on their idyllic dirty-talk comedown.



Morel is obviously up on his gay art films: Fran Ozon's influence is palpable, not least in the matter-of-fact sexuality and evocative use of water; the meat factory pointedly echoes the abattoir in Fassbinder's In a Year of 13 Moons. Most of all, the director, who has appeared in several Téchiné films, strives to emulate his mentor's suggestive use of ellipses and poetic detail. But the unpredictable emotional turmoil that animates Téchiné's work is almost entirely missing. Morel spells out his blood-ties theme in an archly symbolic shot of the three brothers sleeping in the nude, limbs entwined, watched over by their helpless father. The actors make the most of their severely underwritten roles (though there's only so much you can do with pube-trimming and ass-shaving scenes). For those so inclined, this lulling, banal, and rather pleasant film cultivates a mood of zone-out voyeurism. In the absence of a larger purpose, Morel is content to ogle, perhaps rightly assuming that his viewers will be too.

Da li se stidite nečega što se nekada davno uradili? Ili radite li nešto čega se stide vaši najbliži?
U ovom filmu možemo vidjeti jedan dirljivi prikaz dnevnika porno zvijezde Ricki Kandinskija ( Riccardo Soldani ).
Vjerujem da nije lako biti gay porno star i pri tome nebiti odbačen od porodice. Probleme sa porodicom i okolinom imaju i sasvim obični coming out gayevi, a kamoli ovi ekranizovani.
Ono što je u ovom filmu istaknuto je ne samo odnos porno pedera sa oklinom već zadire u njegove najintimnije osjćaje iskazane kroz dnevnik mladog Riccarda.
Riki Kandinsky je rođen u francuskoj i potiče iz dobrostojeće ugledne porodice. Kada mu je umrla majka, odlazi u Rim gdje izgrađuje novi život kao porno zvijezda gay filmova.
Kada mi je otac umro , vraća se u Francusku gdje je odrastao i susreće se sa familijom koja na njegov način života gleda sa prezirom i gnušanjem. U povratku za Rim pridružuje mu se njegov stariji brat koji u detalje otkriva na koji način zarađuje za život.

Može li neko ko živi takvim životom da se ukopi u društvo? Može li gay usvojiti djete i prihvaćen kao otac? Mislim da je svaki potvrdan odgovor priča za sci-fi filmove, a svaki izuzetak je samo potvrda pravila.

Svaki takav pokušaj je najvjerovatnije osuđen na neuspjeh a to pokazuje i ovajfilm.

ADORED (or "Poco piu di un anno fa") is a superb film that smacks of brilliance on every level. The fact that this is the writing, directing AND acting debut of Marco Filiberti should alert the cinema world that a major talent has arrived. This is a film about a very lovable young man who just happens to be a gay porn star and how that choice of career affects his life, his family, his philosophy, and his impact on all those around him.

The film opens with some odd commentators who we find are being utilized for a documentary in the year 2014 on the life of Riki Kandinsky (Marco Filiberti) who died in 2002. The men making the film are steered by one 'Pietro'. We discover that Riki was born in France to a wealthy, stuffy family, but fled to Rome when his mother died, leaving his brother Federico (Urbano Barberini) and his father behind. In Rome Riki Soldani becomes Riki Kandinsky, the most sought after male porn star in Italy, lusted after for his muscular good looks, his infamously grand sexual equipment, and his scintillating sexuality. Riki is not a hustler, though he does frequent bars and bathhouses for his gratification. His friends include a fellow porn star Claudio (Claudio Vanni) and a loopy female named Luna ((Rosalinda Celentano). He lives in a splendid home, is obviously making a lot of money, and yet he is not partnered: Riki believes relationships, even with men, are too transient and are doomed from the start.

Riki's father dies, he returns to France to his home, where his family cannot accept his lifestyle. He returns to Rome, convinced he is alone in the world except for his extended family in the porn industry. Soon Federico visits him in Rome to implore the wealthy Riki to help resolve the fact that their father's death left mountains of debt, the family mansion being the only viable asset. Federico confronts Riki about his disgusting life, but to Riki's credit he brings Federico to a point where Federico is not only accepting, but embracing Riki's friends and occupational life!

When Riki observes an auto accident that kills a Lesbian mother, leaving her young son an orphan, Riki is at last touched by a 'fellow-traveler': young 'Plapla' (his real name is Pietro) understands the gay world despite his young years and longs to have Riki as his foster parent, much to the chagrin of his grandparents who barely know this son of a lesbian daughter. Federico assists Riki in his efforts to obtain guardianship, but the attempt is unsuccessful. Decimated, Riki flies to France, to the Gay Olympics and the adulation of being a champion soccer player as a means to amend his inability to gain a 'son'. The film's conclusion is sad: a life comes to an end and this end is the raison d'etre for the documentary we observed at the beginning of the movie. And you must see this magical film for yourself to tie all the threads together!

Though many will find aspects of the film bordering on the surreal or pushing credibility over the edge, Marco Filiberti has produced so much food for thought, tender discussions about acceptance of who we are, our need for connection, and a 'fabulous' look into the gay porn industry, that those who are not moved by this film will be few. The cinematography, costumes, set decor, music, and above all, the acting is all of the very highest caliber. Filiberti has a unique method of storytelling that gives notice of a true creative mind on his initial venture. Not only is he a fine writer and a very fine director, he is a feast for the eyes and an actor whose magnetism in front of the camera is impossible to ignore.

Jeste li kada osjetili neobično jaku mržnju prema nečemu? I koliko dugo vas je to držalo?
Ja jesam, kada sam vidio koliki sam bio magarac koji je slijepo vjerovao jednom pederu sa kojim sam bio u vezi skoro 3 godine, poželio sam da ga ubijem na lice mjesta! I da mi je tada bio tu na oči udavio bih ga!
Užas! sve trpim osim laži !
Slučajno sam mu vidio pasworde za mailove i imao sam šta viđeti. Crnilo na oči, nevjerica, stotine slika, pisama ukojima piše kako on jadničak i nema mnogo iskustva, nalozi na gomilu gay sajtova,
brojevi telefona za koje nisam ni znao da imam, jedan potpuno drugi svjet u odnosu na ono za šta se predstavljao!
Tada sam definitivno zamrzio pederluk! Ne mislim pedere kao seksualnu orijentaciju nego pederizam kao način života i razmišljanja!
Ovaj film nam govori o jednoj mržnji! Mržnji koja bukvalno vodi ka ubistvu! Triler sa gay tematikom.

Dva pedera Robbie Levinson i Trey McCoy žive zajedno pod istim krovom. Treba da se vjenčaju, usvoje djete , i žive normalnim pederskim životom! Kao u svakom normalnom balkanskom mjestu! U susjedstvu im doseljava jedan nemormalni "str8" lik, religiozan, iz tradicionalne porodice kome je otac pastor u obližnjoj crkvi.

Jedno veće jedan od mladenaca izađe da prošeta svoga malog kera koji je po meni tragično ružan ( ni kinezi ga nebi pojeli) i postane žrtva nekog homofoba. Završava u bolnicu i umire.
Dalji razvoj događaja je klasičan policijski triler u kojem isplivava sva mržnja, kako nasilnika homofoba tako i onih koji su pretrpjeli gubitak voljenog.

Pa ako volite trilere, naoštrite se i pogledajte ovaj film! Ima neobičan završetak!

Danas je dan borbe protiv homofobije !
