Directed by RD Alba, this gay short starts with a young boy running away from the law. He ends up in the back alley, only to bump into another trouble, a leather jacket daddy, who hates faggot. Conversation between them reveals that the boy runs away because he bashes a man whom he thought was trying to blow him when he was taking a leak.

Coming out priča u kojoj Kevin dolazi na pododično okupljanje zajedno sa svojim ljubavnikom kojeg predstavlja kao poslovnog partnera. Odrasli su dovoljno licemjerni kada je u pitanju njihov pogled na svjet oko njih i teško prihvataju drugačije od sebe. Kevin koji očito nije načisto na koji način da prihvati sopstvenu seksualnu orjentaciju dobija odgovor od malog rođaka koji mu svojom neiskvarenom iskrenošću pokazuje kako treba postupiti.




Winner of “Best Short” at the 2004 Tampa Gay and Lesbian Film Festival.  A young man struggles with his sexuality and learns a life lesson from his nine-year-old cousin.  The film grew out of a brief but transcending moment that Hull shared with his young cousin on the dock of a summer cottage.

Već duže vrijeme sam tražio po internetu da pogledam ovaj film. Na kraju sam ga pronasao na sajtu sa kojeg se lako plaća sa nekom od internet kartica koju koristite samo za plaćanje preko interneta. ( nadam se da ne koristite kreditne kartice).
Triple Standard ( trostruki standard ) je priča koja je karakterističnija za neko urbano balkansko područje nego za zapadne zemlje".
Crim i D. su košarkaši u nekom lokalnom timu koji kao cimeri djele stan. Naizgled sasvim obični momci koji gledaju svoja posla. Kada je za vrijeme tuširanja nakon utakmice Crim planuo i oštro reagovao na gay zajebanciju jednog od igrača stvari se počinju mjenjati.

D. koji je posmatrao Crimovo antigay raspoloženje pod tušem odluči da raskine tajnu vezu sa njim.
Slijedi razgovor izmeđju njih dvojice u kojem Crim tvrdi da nije gay, da je ugledan član zajednice, dobar prijatelj, dobar otac? i dobar sportaš. D. koji je odbio da ima sex sa njim u nevjerici sluša njegove riječi.
Nemože da poveže ponašanje čovjeka sa kojim živi i sa kojim svako veče vodi ljubav sa ponašanjem u svlačionici i onim što sada sluša od njega.
Mnogi ljudi na balkanu su izgradili različita ponašanja i standarde u vezi sopstvene seksuanosti. Iako redovito jašu na kurcu kada se skinu sa njega ponašaju se kao da se ništa nije ni desilo.A ako se zaljube u muškarca to smije znati samo taj kojeg voli. Naravno da on nije gay, nije ni peder, ali samo za sebe u svojoj glavi.

Crim, D., Stanley and several of their friends, following an intense but friendly game of basketball are bantering back and forth in the locker room when a mischievous gesture by Stanley, meant to be good humored, is returned by a homophobic litany from Crim. Crim’s over the top reaction is carried into hatred when later in the shower Stanley pushes the envelope further.

As everyone’s post workout glow and exuberance drains from the room, Crim’s roommate D. in particular seems most affected by Crim’s attack. After locking eyes with D., an inconsolable Crim storms out leaving D. to deal with a reality he has not been willing to but must now face.

When D. arrives home for dinner that night we begin to piece the puzzle together as it is increasingly revealed that D. and Crim are and actually have been, lovers – for years.

The dialogue that ensues between D and Crim brings to light both the public and private disconnect that occurs in the world of closeted athletes who, due to fame, fortune and culture are forced to fight fierce, often times lonely battles to come to terms and live with who they really are.

Daren ne može spavati zbog bračnog gay para koji živi iznad njega i koji naravno ima prilično bučni seks svake noći. Isprava ih pokušava ignorisati, ali vrlo brzo sa njima sklapa prijateljstvo.
Kada posumlja da jedan od njih vara drugoga postaje sumljičav i kao pravi detektiv pokušava doći do istine, ne pomišljajući na to da ih zapravo proganja i ometa. Njegov bivši dečko misli da je pomalo postao opsjednut i da mora da se okane svojih susjeda.

Sudeći po kritikama na gay sajtovima ova romantična komedija ima sve uslove da postigne zapažen uspjeh medju gay i ne gej publiko. Dok nebudemo u prilici da pogledam cjeli film pogledajte zanimljivi trajler.

Ova priča me je podsjetila na jedan bračni par u komsiluku koji je vrlo često emitovao prave radio sex scene u kojima je ona vristala ko blesava savrsene rečenice iz porno filmova tipa "još , još, nabij ga, ne vadi ga..., a on da joj nebi ostajao dužan urlao kao king kong! Redovno sam drkao slušajući šta rade sa one strane zida.
Jedno jutro poslije "teške noći" Sretnem komšiju kako u ulazu zgrade i uz dobro jutro kažem da mu zavidim na tome kkoliko dugo može imati sex. Malo se zbunjeno nasmijao i rekao da će ubuduće biti tiši. Ja mu odgovorih - Ne morate biti tiši, redovno ga izdrkam slušajući vas!
Nasmijali smo se i otišli svak svojim poslom. Na žalost seks im je postao sve rijeđi, a "ozvučenje" sve slabije, pa sam prešao na gledanje pravih pornića.

Darren can't sleep because of the happily married gay couple upstairs. You see, he can hear them having sex through his apartment's air ducts.

Like, a lot of sex, every night.

He tries to ignore them at first, but soon he begins a friendship with one and obsessed with the suspicion that the other is having an affair. Thus begins Darren's quest for the truth by surveilling, snooping and basically stalking them.

His ex-boyfriend and gal pal both think he's going a little nuts. But thank goodness Darren's handsome maintenance man hasn't caught on... yet.

You see, Darren is a character in Matt Riddlehoover's upcoming romantic comedy Scenes From A Gay Marriage. Riddlehoover, the film's writer and director, also plays Darren in an apparent star-vehicle which could become a gay rom-com classic if the film is as funny or sexy as its trailer below.

Though the film's title alludes to Ingmar Bergman's comi-tragic TV series and subsequent film Scenes From A Marriage, Riddlehoover is much more a comedian than a dramatist.

His earlier screenplay, Return to Babylon (which will soon hit theaters and stars Jennifer Tilly) revisits the silent era of 1920s Hollywood using equal parts scandal, satire and slapstick. However, he's added a good dose of gay hotness in his latest work.

Plus, it features actor Jared Allman as the hunky maintenance man—who you might have seen in Girls Who Like Boys Who Like Boys—and silver-daddy Domiziano Arcangeli who appeared in Brüno among other notable art flicks.

Buzz over the film has just started, but keep an eye on it—your funny bone will thank you for it.
