Ovaj film sam sinoć pogledao onako u letu. Nije me nešto posebno impresionirao iako je prilično zanimljivo napravljan.
Radi se o grupi dvadesetogodišnjih pedera koji su se toliko uživili u svoj gay fazon da ih drugačiji od njih skoro i ne interesuju.
Uglavnom film nam govori o njihovim ljubavnim jadima , zaljubljivanju i o tome našta su sve spremni nebi li se domogli dobrog "komada".
Poneko od njih traži čovijeka svog života do kojeg će im biti stalo kada se ujutro probude pored njega, a ponekim je samo bitno da ujutro uredno isprazne svoj krevet i nađu novi komad. Tipično ponašanje kod neiživljenih likova.
Ono što je u ovom filmu lijepo je prijateljstvo koje su stvorili u svojoj gay komuni i koje je za mnoge od njih najvažnija karika u ispunjavanju
svakodnevnice. Mnoge komične scene će učiniti da vam vrijeme provedeno uz ovu komediju brzo prođe.

In January 1954, Lord Montagu of Beaulieu, a 28-year-old aristocratic socialite, and his friend Peter Wildeblood, the newly-appointed diplomatic correspondent of The Daily Mail, were arrested after a concerted effort by the police to ensnare them for homosexual offences. The subsequent case scandalised high society, electrified the nation and was to change the course of British history.

Mixing drama with documentary testimony, this moving film re-lives the extraordinary events of the trial and paints a vivid picture of what it was like to be gay in 50s Britain. With contributions from 50s figures including Lord Montagu and veteran gay rights campaigners Allan Horsfall and Michael Brown, the film also dramatises the meetings of the Wolfenden Committee whose landmark recommendations led to the decriminalisation of homosexuality in Britain – forty years ago.

Film prikazuje rasizam i homofobiju onog vremena, koje se mogu prepoznati i danas u mnogim državama. Sa jedne strane licemjerno pogubljenje ova dva ljubavnika , a sa druge razvrat koji je u to doba prikazan u Amstrdamu nastavlja svoji priču i dan danas! U filmu se koriste tri jezika: Engleski, Holandski i Africans.
Uživao sam gledajući ovaj nevjerovatno dobar film i zaista ga preporučujem svima.

Proteus is a film by Canadian director John Greyson. Although the film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2003, it did not have a general theatrical release until 2005.

Set in 18th century South Africa, the film dramatizes the true story of Claas Blank (Rouxnet Brown) and Rijkhaart Jacobsz (Neil Sandilands), two prisoners on Robben Island who were executed for sodomy in 1735. Their relationship also had a racial component, as Jacobsz was a white Dutchman, while Blank was a black Khoi. The film also stars Shaun Smyth as Virgil Niven, a Scottish botanist who befriends Blank for his knowledge of South African flora, but may in fact have his own sexual interest in Blank.

The film also attempts to explore unanswered questions, such as why prison officials tolerated the relationship for a full decade before Blank and Jacobsz were executed. Intentional anachronisms, such as the use of radios, typewriters and jeeps, are also used in the film to illustrate Greyson's larger theme that homophobia and racism of the type that led to Blank's and Jacobsz' executions are still very much present in today's world. A speech by Nelson Mandela, who was imprisoned at Robben Island in 1964, is also used at the end of the film.

Danas me zapao još jedan španski film, mislim da ću poslije ovog malo da odmorim od Španskog jezika jer ako ovako nastavim ovaj blog bi mogao promijeniti jezik.
I love you baby, je romantična komedija u trouglu prelijepog Markosa, Daniela i dominikanke Marisol.
Markos dolazi u Madrid da radi i živi kod svojih rodjaka. Upoznaje Danijela sa kojim započinje intezivno druženje koje prelazi u intimno.
Odlučuju da žive zajedno. Gay priča nebi bila priča da Marcos ne upoznaje Marisol u koju se zaljubljuje i shvata da nemože da živi sa Danijelom.
Napušta ga i započinje vezu sa Marisol. Danijel očajan pokušava da ga vrati i prerušava se u ženu i započinje prijateljstvo sa Marisol i Marcosom.

Marcos comes to Madrid to live with his aunt and uncle and work in their restaurant. He dreams of opening a restaurant of his own one day and of finding love. Love he finds in Daniel, a struggling young actor. The two quickly fall into a torrid relationship and Marcos moves in with Daniel. Their love is symbolized by a poster of Boy George that Marcos gives to Daniel, to commemorate where they first kissed (outside a shop where the poster was hanging).

One night the couple is at a karaoke bar and, while they sing a duet, Marcos is injured by a falling disco ball. When he awakens the next day, he is no longer in love with Daniel and has even seemingly become straight. Although he tries for a short time to maintain a relationship with Daniel, eventually he moves back in with his family. He meets Marisol, a Dominican immigrant, and they fall in love.

Desperate to win Marcos back, Daniel hatches a crazy scheme. He'll dress as a woman and win Marcos away from Marisol. His plan, inevitably, backfires and Daniel is humiliated.

The film ends several years in the future. Marcos and Daniel run into each other at an airport and catch up. Marcos has opened his own restaurant and he and Marisol are married with several children. Daniel has become a movie star and has also gotten a happy romantic ending, pointing out his new love - Boy George (in a cameo appearance as himself).

Pedro Almodovar dugo je nosio ožiljke vlastite mladosti provedene pod užasima Frankove klero-tiranije.
Kako sam Alomodovar kaže, koncept i priču "Lošeg odgoja" ( "Lošeg Vaspitanja") sastavljao je gotovo desetak godina, ohrabrujući se za finalizaciju projekta. Rezultat je je ovaj film, koji je po mnogim kritičarima najkomlikovaniji i najdorađeniji ovog izuzetnog filmskog stvaraoca.

Gledaocima preporučujem da pažljivo odgledaju ovaj film , jer nije se lako snalaziti sa višestrukim identitetima glavnih junaka. Film sam morao odgledati dva puta, jer prvi put uz grickalice i kafu je bilo isuviše površno da bi se ušlo i bit svih dešavanja.

Film prati Enrikea, mladog filmskog režisera koji živi u Madridu. Enrikeu u posjetu dolazi osoba koja se predstavlja kao njegov školski drug Ignasio i nudi mu kratku priču inspirisanu njihovim dijetinjstvom i danima koje su proveli u školi. Enrike u mladom čovjeku ne prepoznaje Ignasija, diječaka sa kojim je pre mnogo godina otkrivao ljubav, filmsku umetnost, ali i strah, represiju i licemjerstvo.

Sve više sumnjajući u identitet mladića koji se predstavlja kao Ignasio, Enrike odlazi u Galiciju kod njegove majke, od koje saznaje da je Ignasio mrtav već četiri godine, a da je mladić koji je došao kod njega njegov mlađi brat, Huan koji je sebe naziva Angel ( umjetničko ime) i koji želi da u filmu glumi tranvestita Zaharu, glavnu ulogu po scenariju.
Zamijenjeni identiteti, izmješana prošlost i sadašnjost, film u filmu čine ovaj film najslojevitijim ikada napravljenim u Evropskoj produkciji.

Film o zlostavljanju unutar crkve, u kojem zlostavljeni sam postaje zlostavljač.
Bez obzira na kompleksnu strukturu filma, kino dvorane su po evropi bile pune, što je samo po sebi preporuka za ovaj film.

Bad Education (Spanish: La mala educación) is a 2004 film by Spanish director Pedro Almodóvar about two reunited childhood friends (and lovers) in the vein of an Alfred Hitchcock murder mystery. Sexual abuse by Catholic priests, transsexuality, drug abuse, and a metafiction are also important themes and devices in the plot. It is rated 18 in Spain, 15 in the UK by the BBFC and NC-17 in the US by the MPAA.

Two school boys, Ignacio and Enrique, discover love, cinema and fear in a religious school at the start of the 1960s. Father Manolo, the school principal and their literature teacher, is witness to and part of these discoveries. On discovering the two boy's affection for each other, the priest, who is himself engrossed with Ignacio, is jealous and theatens to expel Enrique as a `bad influence'. In an attempt to prevent this Ignacio promises to do whatever the priest asks of him. The priest double-crosses Ignacio and expels Enrique anyway.

The film jumps to the 1980s with the boys now young adults. Enrique (Fele Martínez), a successful film director, is visited by a stranger (Gael García Bernal) in his office, an actor looking for work who claims to be Enrique's boarding school friend and first love interest Ignacio. "Ignacio" has brought a short story with him that is about their time at the Catholic school together and the physical and sexual abuse they suffered at the hands of Father Manolo (Daniel Giménez Cacho). It also includes a fictionalized account of their (Enrique's and Ignacio's) reunion after all those years.

Enrique wants to adapt Ignacio's story into a film, but "Ignacio's" condition is that he play the part of Zahara, the transsexual lead. Enrique remains skeptical, for he feels that the Ignacio whom he loved and the Ignacio of today are totally different people. He drives to Galicia to Ignacio's mother and learns that the real Ignacio has been dead for four years and that the man who came to his office is really Ignacio's younger brother, Juan.

Enrique's interest is piqued and he decides to do the movie with Juan in the role of Ignacio to find out what drives Juan. Enrique and "Ignacio" start a relationship and Enrique revises the script so that it ends with Father Manolo, whom Ignacio was trying to blackmail over the abuse to get money for sex reassignment surgery, having Ignacio murdered. When the scene is shot, "Ignacio" breaks out in tears unexpectedly.

The movie set is visited by Manuel Berenguer (Lluís Homar), who has read in the newspaper about the film and is none other than the real Father Manolo who has resigned from Church duty. Manuel confesses to Enrique that the new ending of the film is not far from the truth: the real Ignacio blackmailed Manuel, who somehow managed to scratch together the money but also took an interest in Ignacio's younger brother Juan. Juan and Manuel started a relationship and after a while realized they both wanted to see Ignacio dead. This was facilitated by the fact that Ignacio was a heroin addict. Juan scored some very pure heroin, so that his brother would die by overdose after shooting up.

Enrique is understandably shocked and not at all interested in Juan's weak vindications for what he did to his brother. Finally, before he leaves, Juan gives Enrique a piece of paper: a letter to Enrique that Ignacio was in the middle of typing when he died.

Kao i sam glavni lik film je pomalo konfuzan i rastzan , te pokazuje biseksualnost kao spoj dvije nespojive stvari.

Paul Prentice (Rupert Graves) and Karl Foyle (Steven Mackintosh) were close friends during their prep school days. Prentice used to defend Karl from the violent attacks of their classmates, who ridiculed Karl for being effeminate.

Some years later they are reunited literally by accident, when Prentice, on the motorcycle he drives as a courier, runs into the cab that Karl (who has undergone sexual reassignment surgery and become Kim) is riding in. Paul is initially surprised to discover that Karl has become Kim, but asks her out to get re-acquainted.
Their first date goes badly and Kim assumes that it's because Prentice is nervous about being seen in public with her. Prentice brings her flowers at her workplace (as a verse writer for a greeting card company) and they go out again. This date works out better and they end up back at Prentice's place listening to music.
The two continue to spend time together, with Prentice teaching Kim how to ride a motorcycle. Their next dinner date, at Kim's place, is disastrous. Prentice, struggling to understand transgenderism, drinks too much and ends up in the courtyard outside Kim's apartment, exposing his penis and ranting. The police arrive and arrest him for indecent exposure. Kim places a hand on one of the officers and he arrests her for "interfering" with an officer. In the paddy wagon one of the officers makes crude remarks about Kim and places his hand under her skirt. Prentice intervenes and is beaten by the officer.

At the police station, Prentice is charged with assaulting the officer. Kim, his only witness, is terrified of being in trouble and intimidated by the police into keeping silent. She flees to her sister's home.
At Prentice's trial on the assault charges, Kim is able to screw up her courage and testify for Prentice. While he is still convicted, he receives only a token fine. A reporter at the courthouse tries to buy Kim and Prentice's story but they refuse. They return to Kim's place, where Prentice is surprised and delighted to discover that he and Kim are sexually as well as emotionally compatible.
Prentice, desperate for money following the repossession of his motorcycle, sells Kim's and his story to a London tabloid. With the story splashed all over the papers, Kim thinks she's going to be sacked from the greeting card company. Instead, her boss stands behind her. As the film draws to a close, it's revealed that Kim and Prentice are living together and that it was Kim's idea for Prentice to sell the story.

Ovo je film koji u meni još uvijek izaziva najjače emocije. Danas sam ga opet pogledao i potresao se kao prije dvije godine kada sam ga prvi put gledao. Na neki način odslikava moj život sada.
Film sam prije dva ljeta gledao sa čovijekom kojeg volim i voljeću dok sam živ. Daleko smo fizički, al u srcem smo uvijek blizu. On oženjen, ima svoj svijet, svoj život, ja opet isto tako, al živimo za dane kada čemo se opet sresti i zagrljeni čutati satima.
Zato kada god pogledam ovaj film nemogu a da ne zanijemim, a da nešto moram reći siguran sam da bi zamuckivao.
No da se vratim na film, da ne opisujem sebe i moj život na ovom mjestu.


Radnja drame se bazira na adaptaciji kratke istoimene priče američke kniževnice, dobitnice pulitzerove nagrade, Anne Proulx, a scenario napisali su Teksašanin Larry McMurtry i Anna Ossana. Film je zbog svoje specifične priče postao interesantan puno prije no što se zavrtio u kinima.

Priča počinje jednog jutra, šezdesetih u konzervativnim pustopoljinama Wyominga kad se Ennis Del Mar (Heath Ledger) i Jack Twist (Jake Gyllenhaal) susrecću na dogovoru za posao kod lokalnog rančera Joea Aguirrea (Randy Quaid). Do tog trenutka obojica su bili prilično uvjereni u to da su stalan posao, žena i djeca sve što žele od života. Kad ih Aguirre pošalje da rade kao pastiri u pitoresknom okružjenju planine Brokeback, Ennis i Jack nađu se u situaciji o kojoj nisu ni sanjali. Duboko prijateljstvo i poštovanje ubrzo prerastaju u intimni odnos pun nježnosti. Po završetku ljeta, moraju se vratiti svojim životima.

Glumac Heath Ledger pronađen je mrtav u svom apartmanu, saopštila je njujorška policija. 28-godišnji Ledger je pronađen u svom stanu na Manhattnu, a tijelo je zatekla njegova kućna pomoćnica.

Dojavu o dogđaju primili su vatrogasci, koji su se odazvali na poziv u pomoć zbog navodnog srčanog udara, no u stanu su zatekli već mrtvo tijelo glumca.

There is no contrivance, no manufactured importance; there are no tricks. Brokeback Mountain tells, with painful honesty and frankness, the story of two men's lives and nothing more. Whether you are gay or straight, it doesn't hit close to home: it hits you. Brokeback Mountain is a place we all most desperately yearn to go. It's where we can be free. It feels funny to say that Brokeback Mountain is my favorite film of all time, because I think it almost an injustice to call it a film at all, or to critique its incredible technical sophistication. Somehow Brokeback Mountain transcends that. I could hear a thousand speeches celebrating diversity or read a hundred love stories and not be absolutely broken in just two hours as I was after this film. Lutajući po internetu naletim na linkove za film Love and Other Disasters i odlučim da vidim o črmu se radio. IMDB mi nije bio od neke velike pomoći,
šta više komentar o filmu je užasan, a na drugim sajtovima veoma kratak i nedovoljan za bilo kakvu preporuku.
Ipak ga skinem sa neta, skuvam kafu i odgledam ga u dahu!

Jeftina komedija/romansa, sa zgodnim glumcima, prelijepim glumicama , uredno obučene po zadnjoj modi, a uz to glavni lik, Emily Jackson koja radi u Vogue je i najbolja prijateljica gay lika Petera Simona, neafirmisanog scenariste koji mašta o tome da upozna pravu ljubav.
Emily mi lijepo kaže da to postoji samo u filmovima i knjigama, a za modu kaže da nije stvarna , nego nešto što se samo koristi.
Zapleti, raspleti i na kraju prava ljubav,a snimi se i film.
Na kraju krajeva pravi gay film, koji priča priču baš onako kako priča većina stereotipnih gayeva, koji vole modu, brendirane stvari, disco muziku ( ili neku za ples), otmenost itd

Drago mi je da sam na kraju shvatio kako nisam uzoran predstavnik gay populacije. Jednom mi je jedan prijatelj rekao: " Ti samo misliš da si gay, pa koji gay propusti da se ošiša najmanje jednim mjesečno ili obuče farmerica lažnjaka?"

Nećete vjerovati ali za ovaj film sam našao savršen titl!
Pa kada se posvađate sa partnerom ( ili ti dečkom) , odgledajte ovaj film. Možda ga pozovete nakon toga.

OpenCam is the story of a heartbroken hottie named Manny (Andreau Thomas), his internet-fueled love life and the men he has slept with that are subsequently brutally murdered. After an attack on Manny and his best friend/ex Maurice (Ben Green), Manny and the investigating cop Hamilton (Amir Darvish) take more than a casual interest in each other – in a dark alley. But Manny doesn't want to hook up with the hot cop again; it seems he doesn't want anyone twice. Instead, Manny is obsessed with an Internet webcam chatroom where guys jerk off on camera and all niceties of romance are shunted to the side. Odličan film, lijepa priča, zgodni glumci, sexy…

Za niskobudžetni film predstavlja iznenađenje.

David je slikar koji je izgubio inspiraciju I zapošljava se ko konobar u jednom restoranu . Radeći kao konobar zaljubljuje se u vlasnika restorama Matta oženjenog sa Violet. Potajno ga slikava u svom ateljeu i zavodi ga. Matt , zbunjen dešavanjima, rastrgan između žene I želje za Davidim , pokušava da zbrku dovede u red , ali nesrećon Violet saznaje za sve…..

 

Film sam zaista odgledao bez opterećenja, a posebno su me impresionirale Davidive slike Matta. Film je lagana melodrama I daleko od nekog remek dijela, ali je ok za pogledati nekog nedeljnog jutra.

This independent Canadian drama from Brad Fraser, the writer of Love and Human Remains focuses on David, a controversial gay painter in the remote Canadian province of Manitoba. His financial success has brought him fame, money and a dull life. He basically hangs out with Kryla, a straight woman and Shannon, an HIV positive trans woman who is also his roommate. To get some inspiration, he takes a job as a waiter at a small café run by a married couple, Matt and Violet. The last thing he expects to do is fall in love with Matt, but that's just what happens. David starts painting again -- homages to Matt, his new love wreaking havoc on the marriage and on David.

While Leaving Metropolis feels like an old-style "gay movie" -- poor writing and stilted characters, it does have something to recommend. There are several fairly intense sex scenes, both straight and gay and these two guys aren't shy about showing us their bodies. No full-frontal nude shots, but plenty of underwear and chest showing and these two boys have a lot to look at. After some research we learned that the film is based on Fraser's stage play Poor Super Man which had a whole different premise to it. The play emphasized David's personal feelings toward the comic book hero Superman and how he was just as perfect as his hero. Of course, what the play was showing was that no one is perfect. Unfortunately that storyline has been trimmed down in the film, rendering it unintelligible. Don't expect anything earth-shattering here, just a simple gay melodrama with some sweet skin.

Kad sam počeo da gledam ovaj film pomislio sam da sam opet naletio na neki Sado-mazo film i skoro da sam

odustao od daljeg gledanja. No što sam ga duže gledao, film mi je postao zanimljiviji I odgledao sam ga do kraja. Neradi se o nikakvom sado –mazo filmu , iako ima i takvih elemenata nego o romansi.

Neki lik zapada u nevolje sa nekom bandom koja ga zatvara u neku garažu i muči ga. Spašava ga jedan momak iz bande.

Odlaze i zaklinju se da se nikada više neće vidjeti.

Film vrvi od explicitnih scena, kao da je rađen u nekoj Evropskoj produkciji.

Po meni može mu se dati prosiječna ocjena , te ukoliko niste sa neta skinuli neki film sa boljom preporukom

Rijetko imam prilike da pogledam Grčki film koji se tiče gay tematike. Nisam siguran da je ovo film koji
bi najreprezentatinije predstaviti Grčki kinematografiju, ali ako imate vremena vrijedi ga pogledati. Ako ništa drugo
ono odslikava balkansku strastvenost i emotivnost.
U filmu se radi o mladom i zgodnom Chirstosu koji se povremeno viđa sa oženjenim doktorom Yorgosom, finansijski dobrostojećim
vlasnikom agencije za nekretnine.
Nevolje nastupaju kada Chrisosov zet, dozna za tu vezu iz koje namjerava da ucjenom dođe do novca.

U filmu se prepliće mnogo likova, koji su kao preslikani iz Balzakovih knjiga. Majka, njen ljubavnik i zet , paralisani otac, nesretna dijevojka,
prevarena žena ...

Plot Summary: Perhaps the first film to put a human face on the AIDS epidemic, Longtime Companion follows the lives of a small circle of friends from the first mention of the disease in the New York Times in 1981. First referred to as "Gay-Related-Immune-Disorder," we watch the effect of the disease as it devastates the lives of our protagonists. Jumping between Manhattan and Fire Island, vignettes carry us from the it-couldn't-happen-to-me mentality of the early days of the disease to the invasive effect it has had on all of our lives, today. The title of the film comes from the New York Times' refusal to acknowledge homosexual relationships in their obituary section during this period. Trivia: In the poster art and DVD cover, the image of the guys walking on the beach has been altered - some might say censored. In the scene where the poster/cover image is taken from in the movie, the character "Fuzzy" is wearing an ACT-UP t-shirt that depicts two sailors kissing with the tag line that read "Read My Lips", a play on then President Bush's "Read My Lips, No New Taxes" slogan.
